1. Introduction
Welcome to MyFixerr. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing or using MyFixerr, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Definitions
“MyFixerr”, “we”, or “our” refers to MyFixerr (Pty) Ltd.
“User” refers to any individual or entity accessing our services.
3. Use of Service
You agree to use MyFixerr lawfully and refrain from misuse, fraud, or unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if abuse is detected.
4. Booking and Repairs
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. After diagnostics, users will receive a quote. Repair proceeds only upon acceptance.
Note: Diagnosis is not the final quote. It may change after a deeper technical inspection.
5. Payments
Payments must be made via MyFixerr-approved channels. No cash transactions are permitted for security reasons.
Do not share banking details with technicians. MyFixerr is the only approved payment handler.
6. Technician Conduct
All MyFixerr technicians are background-checked and must comply with our code of conduct.
They are not allowed to contact users outside the platform.
7. Data & Privacy
MyFixerr collects minimal personal data for service purposes only.
We comply with POPIA & GDPR regulations.
User data is deleted after job completion unless otherwise agreed.
8. Warranty
A 1-month warranty applies to eligible repairs from the delivery date.
Misuse, water damage, or third-party tampering voids this warranty.
9. Limitation of Liability
MyFixerr acts as a facilitator. While we take all precautions, we are not liable for damage, theft, or loss beyond our control.
Unclaimed devices after 30 days may be recycled or resold.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
Any disputes shall be settled in Cape Town jurisdiction.
